Job Description

Manage the deployment of the Perfect Store programme in Turkey Business Unit (BU) by supporting Turkey BU Channel Strategy & Perfect Store lead and commercial teams. The role will play a leading role in development of BU structure, running the ‘Ability To Execute’ assessments for TR and coordinating/tracking the overall programme deployment at BU level.

Support Turkey Channel Strategy & Perfect Store lead in translating/ communicating the methodologies and principles for each step of the programme and toolkits received from sector (ESSA) team to related BU commercial teams,
Run Turkey BU Current mapping/ability to execute assessments per channel working with sales & commercial teams and manage the opportunity definition & prioritization process for each channel working with BU PS lead, BU commercial & ESSA perfect store teams,
Manage the Perfect Store program design process for building blocks by working with commercial teams & BU PS lead and ensure the necessary inputs/outputs are in place during the process,
Coordinate/track the integration of Perfect store elements into commercial planning cycles (iS&OP, ACP, Channel PSP),
Lead the design of tracking & course correction process to ensure visibility of performance to working team & SteerCo members to ensure necessary actions in place,
Coordinate ESSA Perfect Store team communication in order to align and track the overall process, by providing necessary inputs and analysis regarding the BU progress,
Work with sales capability team to define and execute necessary capability programs to support Perfect Store programme,
Work with IT and Sales Technology teams to define needs to enhance Perfect Store program in TR BU and support the BU PS lead and teams to ensure necessary investments are inplace.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • University graduate from relevant areas (business, engineering etc)
  • Min. 7 years of experience in commercial functions (trade marketing, sales, sales operations, sales strategy, Category management etc)
  • Proactive working style and initiative taking
  • Can do attitude and willingness to take on challenges
  • Strategic thinking
  • Very strong project leadership skills with proven track record of delivery
  • Strong collaboration, communication, influence and impact skills
  • Strong planning, organizing and tracking skills together with drive for results
  • Be able to lead multi-functional teams in a complex business environment
