Job Description

1- Review, enhance and ensure proper execution of Preventive Maintenance Program
2- Ensure implementation of Manufacturing & Warehousing (M&W) standards in maintenance procedures such as planned and unplanned downtime records, team influence in plant KPIs and performance metrics
3- Responsible for applying PepsiCo Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) standards in all electrical Maintenance activities done by his team in order to achieve zero safety incidents
4- Initiate Purchase requisitions for the no-stock items (Local-Foreign) and services and ensure delivery on-time
5- Responsible for enhancing continuous improvement culture in his team and using Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) tools such as KAIZEN and one point Lesson (OPL) to achieve long term goals
6- Responsible for doing required RCA for electrical breakdown to ensure proper corrective and preventive actions to avoid repetition
7- Responsible for electrical Workshop equipment and Assets and ensure Keeping its Proper condition and it’s compliance against Safety and food safety standards
8- Review bi-annually spare parts items and ensure that Critical Items is available on stock
9- Responsible for applying AIB standards in workshop boundaries and to complete the food safety non-conformity action plan on production lines on time using internal resources and external resources if needed
10- Responsible for updating skill Matrix for electrical team and arrange a proper training plan filling the gap
11- Prepare Annual Budget for electrical maintenance activities including all internal and external technical interventions based on available history card for equipment
12- Ensure of applying PepsiCo electrical Engineering standard as per last version
13- Study the electrical related KAIZENs and ensure implementation of approved ones
14- Ensure implementation of PepsiCo Maintenance Methodology (PeMM) PepsiCo Maintenance Methodology standards to achieve external PeMM assessment score targets
15- Ensure implementation of preventive Maintenance (PM) pillar in TPM journey and supporting Production Team in
Autonomous Maintenance (AM) pillar to achieve external audit score targets
16- Ensure proper implementation of SAP-PM module and achieving the highest SAP maturity levels among his team
17- Manage and control his team overtime and annual leaves according to the work needs.

Qualifications/Requirements

1- Electrical Engineering bachelor’s degree (Electrical Power and machines automation Engineering majors).
2- From 1 to 2 years of experience in maintenance.
3- Team Leadership Skills
4- Strong Communication skills
5- Strong computer skills (Word –Excel–Power point–SAP is extra)
6- Excellent English Language (Read – write – Speak)
