Job Description

Master data management for Mosaic Project implementation: First point of contact for all modifications to master data within local MDM and Mosaic files during Design process,

Maintenance of the product/customer database: New SKU/customer creation in Mosaic,

Maintenance of Sales BOM– this will involve getting the Volume, Net Revenue (NR) and COGS splits from different parts of the business for each component of the complex SKU (e.g. TRDUs, mixed multipacks),

Owner of Staging Area (Alteryx) from a local business POV for testing of workflows, clearing blocking and non-blocking rules,

Communicating with Mosaic system support (BIS), raising tickets for any issues discovered,

On going trainer/SME for future Alteryx users within the local teams.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • University degree

  • 4-5 years of work experience in multiple areas of Finance (IT systems knowledge is an asset) or in BIS/consultancy role with extensive finance engagement

  • Good understanding of and familiarity with source systems (Oracle/SAP, Planning Tools, BI, etc)

  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft (excel, word , PowerPoint) as well as ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP

  • Excellent command of English, both written and verbal

  • Ability to leverage technology resources creatively against business priorities

  • Collaborate and influence people through reasoning and relationships

  • Ability to make judgement under ambiguity

  • Ability to adapt to changing requests and circumstances
