Job Description

Manage FSMA paperwork and records
Track and manage office supply budget
Order supplies for department
Responsible for general office duties
Manage department invoicing
Interact with external vendors
Manage and run reports in work order system
Manage general department paperwork
Manage and assist department awards and recognition
Aid in attendance tracking management
Input data into spreadsheets
Update and create charts and reports
Prepare & manage daily correspondence, presentations, mail, emails & fax distribution for department
Arrange and co-ordinate conferences and meetings
Support FLL’s as needed
Other duties as assigned


High School diploma
2+ years’ experience in administrative role preferred
Ability/Flexibility to work non-standard hours, as needed
Approachable & willing to help others
Technical competence and analytical ability
Must be able to lead and complete projects as assigned
Must be able to assume responsibilities outside the core responsibilities of the position
Must be able to make sound decisions with a high level of confidence
Self-starter, with good organizational skills, and detail-oriented
Team-oriented, with good interpersonal and communication skills
Proficient in PC skills: Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Access, PowerPoint, etc.
