General Summary:

The PepsiCo Equipment Services (PES) Center of Excellence provides a single point of contact for all marketing equipment repair and installation requests throughout the United States and Canada. This position will be the lead resource for developing on-going Operational Reporting Measures for Pepsi Equipment Services. Specific duties will include partnering with Information Technologies and Planning to design, develop, test and implement end-state metrics for inbound, equipment, dispatch, and field reporting; develop, maintain, and update reporting applications; and coordinate activities to ensure timely production of implemented reports. Additionally, this position will also be instrumental in the procurement of new technologies and their implementation in the Pepsi Equipment Services environment.

Major Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities:

  • Positively lead and influence team members to partner together to achieve individual and business goals
  • Set frontline performance standards and provide coaching to build capability
  • Drive organizational efficiency through automation, technology and streamlining efforts
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects by planning, setting goals, directing resources, tracking progress, identifying risks and delivering on-time and on-budget
  • Own the administration, maintenance, and development of specified PES system including, but not limited to: managing system/application, securing appropriate system and application data, and monitoring usage and compliance
  • Collaborate with business and technical partners to implement and roll out new processes and systems
  • Serve as liaison between business operations and information systems for requirements, design, development, testing, and implementation
  • Define test approach, develop test cases and perform software tests before implementation to confirm solutions meet business needs and quality
  • Support the development of end-user documentation and training materials as required for new functionality and processes
  • Identify repetitive process and system issues for multiple systems and collaborate with other teams to implement process and technology changes to close gaps
  • Contribute to organizational capability through the development of workflow, queries, reporting and metrics monitoring tools
  • Ensure system integrity and acceptable performance levels through constant monitoring and communication
  • Support efforts to enhance the configuration/functionality of the applications
  • Identify and escalate process/procedural change needs between the PES and the field
  • Proportional ownership of internal controls in accordance with PepsiCo Global Control Standards
  • Effectively plan and drive achievement of annual goals by leading and participating in projects and working closely with all stakeholders, including the Field, Customers and PES Teams
  • Develop and lead project plans that drive internal and external process change through process enhancements, leveraging technology and objective analysis of data
  • Maintain strong relationship with PES Teams in order to provide excellent support and control focus
  • Promote a well-controlled environment through the adherence and support of PBC control and GCS standards
  • Active involvement in org health initiatives to achieve favourable org health results
  • Drive solutions to competition with sustainable long term results
  • Partner to improve and sustain field and PES compliance of processes, practices and procedures

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • 2 to 5 Years of Full Business Analysis Experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication style capable of facilitating communication and control focus for changing operational processes across stakeholders groups
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze trends and provide tools and make recommendations to improve compliance and reduce exceptions across the business
  • Strong relational database programming skills (SQL Server, TSQL, Oracle, FoxPro, etc.)
  • Strong Visual Basic, Visual Basic for Applications, Java, VBA
  • Strong Web Development skills (HTML, XML, ASP)
  • Working knowledge of Call Center Business Applications (Genesys, CMS, Aspect, CETS)
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills
  • Working knowledge of SAP Business Objects or Micro Strategies Applications
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Prior experience directly leading a team
  • Prior experience developing Call Center or Agent Productivity Metrics
  • Flexible ability to work additional hours to meet the needs of the business
