For our team in Neu-Isenburg (Frankfurt am Main) we are looking for a

Marketing Lead Snacks DACH (m/w/d)

Responsibilities:
  • Develop Commercial Category growth plans in partnership with our international Category team and Sales team
  • Develop, prioritize & execute full commercial calendar (brand, promo, shopper)
  • Manage in year course correction and make commercial trade offs for annual operations planning delivery
  • P&L ownership, execution of efficient & effective plan and budget
  • Represent DACH business unit at all key category forums
  • Lead for media buying across all 3 categories
  • Apply Global Control Standards in the processes, following corporate and local policies as periodically updated and communicated, and ensure correct execution and documentation of controls.


Qualifications/Requirements

Your Profile:

  • University Degree (MBA)
  • Min. 10 years of experience in a variety of leading marketing/sales roles
  • Strong commercial knowledge and a proven commercial track record including strategic thinking, brand positioning, advertising, consumer promotions, media planning and buying and Sales
  • Experience of leading in a matrix, multi-functional teams and having worked abroad is a positive point
  • Proven track record in leading large scale change projects and driving and pushing forward product innovation
  • FMCG / blue chip company experience
  • Financial literacy and acumen
  • Ability to lead, coach and develop direct reports, x-functional peers and agency partners
  • Mother tongue German and fluent in English
