Job Description

Main Purpose

  • Governance the accuracy of master data in system

  • Coaching sales frontline team and distributor admins on how to manage data before inputting to system

Accountabilities:

  • Driving governance on completeness of master data in DMS ( ex. Product Master, Customer Master, and Beat Plan )
  • Manage request new user access to DMS and RPM System

  • Management data and database of Express systems, such as preparation Express Backup data of All AS&D

  • Support data of TT capability ie; Quality of CR, W*W by supervisor and TU health check.
  • Coaching sales frontline team and distributor admins on how to manage customer master data before inputting to system

  • Training Supervisor, ASM and RSM on how to use WebEx

Qualifications/Requirements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related fields

  • Minimum 3 years experiences in business administration

  • Excellence computer literature in Microsoft office ( Words, Excel, Power Point )

  • Good in English communication (writing, reading and speaking)
