Excellence in our Social Media Advertising Efficiency, Brand Social Media Strategies & First in Market Innovations, to bring solid added value to our business & ensure the strongest reputation for our brands

  • Lead the setup, optimization and evaluation of our Social Media campaigns plans across all Pepsico brands from a Digital perspective, by defining and guarding over key best practices and KPI’s together with our media agency, social media partners, platform partners and the PepsiCo social media lead
  • Support brand marketing teams on campaigns creative content production and optimization according to social media best practices to maximise our creative’s ROI
  • Guide, teach and inspire brand marketing teams on social media best practices and learnings you define and collect
  • External stakeholder management with media, creative and influencer agencies, optimizing way of working and defining best practices for individual campaigns
  • Management of our social media partners (Facebook, Pinterest, Snapchat,…) strategic partnerships
  • Internal stakeholder management by optimizing way of working with internal Pepsico teams from brand marketing, shopper marketing, away from home sales,…
  • Deliver innovative social media test and learn ideas and manage them from start to finish
  • Assist brand marketing teams in guiding influencer marketing projects as well as achieving data collection targets by collecting, sharing and applying best practices and learnings and developing strategies and guidelines.
  • Co-manage and recruit Social/digital marketing interns
  • Oversee high quality community management and acquire fluid approvals for our social content from Pepsico leadership team
  • Evaluate and optimize our social media tools, spotting opportunities to improve our way of working
  • Close connection to the Corp Comms director & the Consumer Services team to ensure proper replies to product related questions and potential crisis situations

  • Min. 2-3y. experience, preferably agency side, with proven knowledge in Social Media Content, Strategy, Community Management and Social Advertising
  • In-depth experience of Social Media Marketing and Influencer Marketing KPI’s, Channels and advertising solutions, Performance on Social Media, Social Tools, Social Media Creativity best practices
  • Capability to manage different stakeholders across agencies, partners and internal teams
  • Passionate about Social Media and technological innovation & strong vision on Social Media evolution
  • Problem-solver, go-getter, proactive & organized
  • Capacity to explain Social Media developments to non-social specialists
  • Strategic mind, critical of excisting processes
  • Capable to work in a team but also lead tasks individually
  • Leadership skills to successfully manage an intern on a daily basis
