Job Description

Major Tasks, Key Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities:

• Daily maintenance of the Inventory control process
• Daily NIS full count reconciliation
• Daily Inventory reports generated and posted timely
• Daily communication with Department Managers and USM
• Weekly communication with Warehouse/Loading Supervisors regarding receiving opportunities
• Ensure customer delivery parameters are met
• Communicate daily with locations to coordinate inventory reconciliation
• Ensure all scheduled BOL’s are verified
• Coach and develop a team of inventory counters
• Resolve urgent inquiries immediately

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or experience equivalent required; Experience in consumer packaged goods or a related industry a plus
Work Experience:
  • A minimum of 2 years of Operations or Logistics experience
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings and/or weekends
  • Demonstrated planning and organization skills
  • Demonstrated front-line supervisory skills
  • Demonstrated communication skills
  • Ability to implement sustainable processes
  • Computer skills in software including Microsoft Office
  • Demonstrated ability to coach and develop talent
