Main objective:
Support Commercial Manager in managing the business for Juice and Grains and the distributor relationship with Orkla in SE and DK. Commercial accountabilities include general business planning (ACP, etc.), performance and governance tracking and act as project lead for commercial innovation and activations. Drive the development and execution of flawless in store activation (BTL/Shopper Activation) through strong alignment and day-to-day cooperation with the marketing managers, the distributor and others in the commercial team

Accountabilities:
1. Actively contribute to business planning – general support to the Commercial Manager Nutrition, including developing Annual Commercial Plans, strategic planning, IS&OP preparation, distributor business review preparation, innovation trade sell-in stories
2. Be project lead / prime mover in innovations tracking tool, Accolade, for new local commercial initiatives, roll-outs of existing products to local market, local pack-price projects and on-pack promotions related to shopper activations / sales driving campaigns
3. Be gatekeeper of critical timelines for our distributors and trade ensuring readiness of all commercial activities / launches for trade windows, sales cycles and other key deadlines (ie. Innoboard / product reg)
4. Lead independently the in store BTL / shopper activation agenda delivering impactful quarterly campaigns for Juice / Grains in responsible market(s) as well as leveraging this to other Nordic markets for Juice. This involves:
• Handling entire BTL / Shopper activation process from agency brief, to concept development to execution in-store
• Take full ownership of the agenda and secure coordination internally with marketing manager Juice, rest of commercial team for other markets, alignment with distributor for responsible market and external agencies
• Coordinate adaptation of category ammunition into excellent and relevant BTL / shopper activation
• Development of on-pack promotions, point-of-sale materials, coupons, sales force toolkits and trade comm’s
• Drive in store Po1 agenda leveraging cross category commercial activities between Juice/Grains
• Coordination in-store demonstrations / trade related events as fairs
5. Manage the D&A / A&M shopper activation budget in coordination with the Commercial Manager. This includes PO creation, Invoice and GR handling, accruals, and budget tracking as well as securing internal black swan principles
6. Follow Global Control Standard (GCS) compliance for the responsible markets and budgets through solid governance by up-to-date annual commercial- and business development agreements with our GTM partners, tight tracking of D&A budgets. Take proportional ownership and deliver on GCS agenda.
7. Drive market insights and performance tracking through processes and tools (Nielsen Answers, GfK, etc.
8. Coordinate with Marketing Managers and Distributor a synchronized ATL / BTL activity plan

Qualifications/Requirements

Experience:
Essential:
- University degree
- Have minimum 3 years FMCG experience preferably within a top 5 player with branded products
- Marketing & Sales capabilities
- Understanding of the Nordic retail environment
- Analytical skills - ability to analyse complex situations
- Good presentation and communication skills
- Experience in Nielsen/Gfk retail/consumer tracking
- Fluency in English and preferably one of the Nordic languages (DK/NO/SE)
- Excellent time and project management skills
Desired:
- Fast Moving Consumer Goods experience
- Fluency in one Nordic language
