The PepsiCo Demand Accelerator Team is looking for a strong leader to be the next Senior Marketing Manager of Shopper Marketing for Circle K. This individual will lead one direct report and a cross-functional team in creating the strategy and execution of Circle K Shopper Marketing efforts for PepsiCo's Frito Lay North American, North American Beverage and Chicago brand’s sector (Quaker, Tropicana & Gatorade). The ideal candidate is someone that can thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment and create plans and programming to drive significant growth in the Food and Beverage categories. This role drives PepsiCo (PEP) growth by improving the shopper experience, engaging, and converting the shopper by:

  • Translating insights into developing integrated programs, including media-to-shelf, portfolio and customer programs to engage and convert the shopper
  • Partnering with the Snacks, Beverages and Nutrition Sales Leadership Teams to sell-in best in class shopper marketing programming that integrates equity and customer strategy
  • Manages the Circle K Pepsico Shopper Marketing team, providing business and people leadership to drive individual and team development
Key Accountabilities:
  • Lead the national marketing agenda and Joint Business Planning process for Circle K
  • Thought leader that architect’s shopper marketing strategy for Circle K by defining key problems to solve as well as identifying future growth opportunities
  • Inspire agency partners and internal brand program teams to develop differentiated omnichannel shopper marketing solutions grounded in insights that drive brand conversion
  • Drive customer and internal team alignment by developing strong working relationships across the organization
  • Champion new ways to engage shoppers across the path to purchase, including communication and coordination with regional key account managers
  • Develop and execute select “Better Together” programs designed to build the PepsiCo portfolio
  • Provide rigorous analysis of marketing plan results while providing recommendations and thought leadership to optimize future programming
  • Oversee Shopper/Circle K A&M Budget and proactively influence brand investment strategy while establishing clear accountability for funding of each event


  • BBA in Business or Marketing; MBA-preferred with at least 4+ years of CPG experience
  • Strategic thought leader ship with strong ability to influence and collaborate across functions
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data, financials, consumer and shopper insights into actionable customer recommendations
  • Strong verbal and written communications with ability to persuasively sell
  • Agency management required
  • People management preferred
  • This position is limited to persons with indefinite right to work in the United States
