Job Description

The candidate will be a business-focused professional who can easily communicate technical details to executive level individuals. They will be helping to build a self-service analytical foundation in Teradata while converting, consolidating and automating reporting using Tableau.


  • Manage reports based on requests from business partners such as bottlers, Finance, Sales, and executive Leadership team
  • Assist in standing up a self-service data analytics platform
  • Build the infrastructure required for optimal extraction, transformation, and loading of data from a wide variety of data sources using SQL and ‘big data’ technologies
  • Assemble large, complex data sets that meet functional / non-functional business requirements
  • Convert legacy Business Objects / Excel reports into automated Tableau visualizations
  • Identify, design, and implement internal process improvements: automating manual processes, optimizing data delivery, re-designing infrastructure for greater scalability, etc
  • Work with IT to drive enterprise-level enhancements
  • Leverage statistical models and methods to help drive better decisions and transform dirty data into useful insights
  • Champion a data-driven culture by sharing knowledge and best practices with the team
  • Provide direct support to the Contract Operations team to streamline the team’s workflow


  • Bachelor’s degree required preferably in Data Base Management, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Operations Research or another technical degree
  • 2-4 years of work experience
  • Tableau expert required
  • Advanced programming ability in SQL / SAS / Python / R
  • Understanding of supply chain and supply planning concepts
  • Exceptional results orientation – with a high degree of personal initiative and leadership
  • Self-Starter, ability to work independently in the absence of direct supervision
  • Strong communication, collaboration, influence and impact skills at all levels within an organization
  • Strong time management skills, ability to handle multiple projects, set priorities and plan
  • Solid use of influencing skills to gain alignment agreement and commitments
  • Ability to develop and implement process improvements
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite applications and advanced Excel capability
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
