The Role:
The Quaker Customer Development Analyst will provide analytical support to all customer teams on internal and external deliverable to help achieve volume, profit and share target, as well as external JBP (Joint Business Planning) deliverables.

What you’ll be working on:

  • Develop competency and ownership of some fundamental account management responsibilities
  • Complete post-game analysis, key deliverable tracking/reporting and key insights to improve performance against core goals
  • Deep dive analytics to help NAMs understand drivers and drags to their business, and support with action plan to solve any gaps
  • Will be working across all customer teams à opportunity for a breadth of experience
Identify, develop, implement and manage opportunities for process improvement

Qualifications/Requirements

Who’s a good fit for the team:

  • Bachelor Degree in Business/Finance/Economics or related discipline
  • High attention to detail and appreciation for analytics
  • Able to turn analytics into insights, and then action plan
  • Solid understanding of category, customer, consumer and competitive activity with ability to integrate knowledge into a compelling sales story
  • Strong communication skills and can effectively build collaborative relationships
  • Solid project/time management capabilities
  • Must be able to work independently and demonstrate ownership and accountability
  • Must be solutions focused
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and enjoy trying new things
  • Strong competency and knowledge in the area of Excel, PowerPoint, Word and demonstrated computer literacy and application
