Job Description

Position of Administrative Assistant is to manage day to day sales administrative accountabilities plus dedicated areas of expertise.

Job Accountabilities:

  • Daily interaction with all Functional Teams
  • Organize and maintain department files
  • Monitor email and phone calls, proactively respond to and/or coordinate issues when possible
  • Demonstrate strong computer skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Reporting, Kronos/SAP, ArcTree, Respond and Recover, and Masterfile’s in an accurate and timely manner
  • Ability to work proficiently and calmly under pressure situations
  • Maintain a high level of integrity and professionalism in handling confidential material
  • Perform general administrative support work such as running reports, copying, filing, faxing and all other duties as assigned
  • Show strong attention to detail and communicate effectively with internal and external customers
  • Administer specific applications/time bound processes include specific SME tasks (AP, ArcTree, ESC, ERT, Kronos/SAP, Masterfile’s, Respond and Recover) in an accurate and timely manner

Qualifications/Requirements

Requirements:

  • 2+ years experience Admin Support Consumer Goods Company
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Detailed knowledge and experience in Microsoft Word, Power Point, and Excel
  • Payroll experience with SAP and Kronos preferred
  • Ability to become proficient in multiple IT applications
  • Demonstrate initiative, strong multi-tasking skills, good judgement, sense of urgency and professionalism
  • Outstanding organizational and follow-up skills- discretion with sensitive information
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Requires creative thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Respects values and differences, acts with integrity and justice

Reports to Location GM Coordinator
