Position Summary:

The Assistant Analyst performs as an integral member of the NASS AR Team. This role will support the PBNA AR Pepsi Global Template project in Winston-Salem, NC. The primary focus of the position will be to perform general project support tasks; including but limited to, data analysis, process documentation and application testing.

Job Description:

  • 70% Execute team activities for PBNA Accounts Receivable throughout the program with moderate guidance
    • Perform detailed implementation activities required to successfully complete the project
    • Execute various PBNA project needs and support multiple AR functions (utility support)
    • Produce project deliverables and ensure overall quality
  • 30% Identify issues, propose solutions, and develop resolutions
    • Leverage Agile methodologies to deliver collaborative and efficient working solutions
    • Identify and resolve issues with PBNA AR Project team members

Qualifications/Requirements

  • 4 year Bachelor’s Degree (Business or related field) or equivalent experience
  • 1-2 years’ experience in Accounts Receivable /Deductions management
  • 1-2 years’ experience with credit management, collections and dispute management
  • 1-2 years’ experience in customer agreements and requirements regarding customer billing, payment terms, collections and consolidated billing
  • Not afraid to challenge the status quo and ask difficult questions
