Job Description

This position reports to Senior Treasury Director, Capital Markets and is responsible for assisting the Senior Treasury Director, Capital Markets with:

  • PepsiCo’s Corporate Capital Structure analysis and reviews
  • Rating Agencies reviews and on-going relationship management
  • Modelling proposed M&A and other special projects’ impact on PEP capital structure
  • Conducting Treasury-related due diligence related to M&A activity
  • Execution of the PEP Corporate Share Repurchase Program
  • Rebalancing of the deferred compensation hedging program
  • Review Corporate Capex memos, including Lease vs. Buy analysis
  • Managing ad hoc projects including financial analysis
This role will interact closely with other Treasury team members, including the Global Liquidity function as well as other Corporate Finance functions, including FP&A, Control, Tax and M&A.


  • MBA, preferably from a top tier/rated school, and/or CFA
  • 5+ years of finance experience in Corporate Treasury/Finance function, Banking or Financial consulting
  • Highly developed analytical, problem-solving skills
  • High level of comfort/familiarity with financial modeling and/or accounting/financial statement analysis
  • Demonstrated leadership behaviors:
    • Drive for results and management of multiple priorities,
    • Team-oriented and track record of collaboration across functional teams, and
    • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and excellent Excel skills
Working knowledge of Bloomberg, Quantum, Reval or Hyperion Financial Management will be a plus
