- Drive the fast growing, emerging cereal platforms of cold Cereal. Lead commercial calendar for this platform, refresh innovation from development to launch and respective campaign.
- Develop and execute Quaker Cold Cereal growth strategy and refresh innovation agenda
- Support Granola SBP and AOP to drive total growth with sustainable and measurable growth
- Set clear commercial agenda, with media to shelf execution.
- Ensure successful development and execution of refresh innovation projects within brand guardrails in region and local Commercial Units
- Partner with CUs to align, influence and drive platform agendas and growth.

- Excellent Knowledge of Marketing processes and systems (Product / Brand Development, Consumer / Trade promotion, Advertising & Creative, Brand P & L Management, Value & Pricing Management, Trade Marketing, Packaging, Media Planning / Development)
- Strong communication and facilitation skills
- Ability to lead cross-functional team of senior leaders to aligned strategic priorities, requirements and trade-offs
- Strong communication and equity experience
