Job Description

Main Purpose

  • Ensure smooth operation of the dispatch function, as well as the collection of delivery KPIs


Accountabilities
  • Ensure orders are properly transferred
  • Update KPI reports with dispatched Delivery CRs information
  • Meet with assigned Delivery Drivers and brief on daily plan
  • Review pending orders delivery report and discuss with each PSR
  • Balance truck loads to ensure proper deliveries
  • Perform rerouting when needed using standard process and guidelines
  • Manage routing of customers assigned to his responsibility (when dynamic routing is available)
  • Help to continuously improve the routing process and tools through field learning.
  • Ensure asset levels are consistent with business needs and plans
  • Coolers Deployment (In case of WS)

Qualifications/Requirements

Key Skills/Experience Required

  • Bachelor Degree
  • Technical background with experience in FMCG company is preferred
  • Good knowledge of main software applications of daily use (e.g. MS excel, routing software)
  • Driving license is preferred

Language Proficiency: Intermediate local or basic English proficiency
