Accountabilities:
Responsibilities
  • Focal point for tax audits (Federal, State and Municipal levels) performed in all Brazilian PepsiCo legal entities. It is responsible for attend tax authorities, gather documentation, engage other areas to provide information requested.
  • Facilitator in clearance certificate emission macro process;
  • Control guarantees offered in judicial lawsuits;
  • Update management reports;
  • Control of litigation and audits deadlines;
  • Interface/management of litigation external counsels
  • Conduct/advocate in-house sponsored tax lawsuits

Qualifications/Requirements

Requirements:
  • Graduation in Law School;
  • OAB required;
  • Required background in tax litigation area;
  • Consumer goods industry previous experience is a differencial;
  • English - Advanced;
