Job Description

The LD&T Coordinator - Provide services for Transportation/Dock scheduling for the site and customers. Job tasking is responsible for setting carrier appointments on the dock schedule for every inbound and outbound order. This position is responsible for processing customer orders and stock transfer orders as they interface between SAP and WMS.
• Responsibilities include management of all order processing from receipt in SAP through movement into WMS and any subsequent changes until the order is loaded and shipped.
• This requires active involvement with customer service, inventory control, transportation scheduling and warehouse operations.
• Cross train and provide back fill coverage.
• Verify TMS is sending the loads to the assigned carriers.
• Route orders daily in compliance with the transportation route guide, For timely execution to meet the RSD/RAD.SAT.
• Ensure all new orders comply with guidelines on weight and method of shipment.
• Schedule appointments from TMS to WMS, CPU’s from SAP to WMS, Inbounds from emails/SAP/WMS.
• Work with drop carriers to maintain trailer pool.
• Work with customer service to reschedule customer deliveries.


BS Degree in Supply Chain related field preferred
- 1-2 years experience in related field
- Strong MS Office skills required (Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point and Access), prior SAP experience a plus
- Strong communication skills including good verbal, written and listening skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Ability to consistently achieve desired results, manage multiple tasks, set priorities, act decisively and set personal high standards
- Willingness to work non-Monday-Friday work week as needed
