Change Management & Org Design Sr Manager

Main Purpose
Focus on the people side of change, including changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles and organization structures. Leading and creating change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage and minimize resistance. The Change Manager will work to drive faster adoption, higher ultimate utilization of and proficiency with the changes that impact employees.

Main responsibilities

  • Educates and assists project managers on the use of the standards, processes, tools and methodology
  • Supports recommendations of tailored Project Lifecycle Methodology (PLM) processes and governance in order to ensure successful delivery of the project
  • Develops project management best practices and training for project management teams
  • Coordinates PLM controls impacted activities and supporting quarterly controls audits
  • Leads accurate completion of all required controls documentation
  • Prepares portfolio and program reporting and analysis
  • Reports top line portfolio metrics and dashboards
  • Conducts project quality reviews in advance of required stage gate approvals
  • Utilizes tools and processes for integrated resource planning
  • Participates in peer reviews of quality checks and PICT controls
  • Identifies and assesses best practices

Experience and profile
  • 10+ years of related HR work experience
  • English is a must
  • A solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent active listening skills
  • Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations
  • Resilient and tenacious with a propensity to persevere
  • Organized with a natural inclination for planning strategy and tactics
  • Problem solving and root cause identification skills
  • Able to work effectively at all levels in an organization
  • Must be a team player and able to work collaboratively with and through others
