Digital Marketing Coordinator

Main Purpose
Support the development of the Quaker Digital strategy across Latam ensuring that the brand leverages the digital landscape as a growth opportunity. Assist the correct deployment of the digital strategy across the region, enabling quakerization of morning rituals trough digital platforms and ensuring the right foundations to success in e commerce.

Main responsibilities

  • Develop deep partnerships with teams on their digital platforms, delivering to regional nuances and localization needs Maintain regional communication, managing regional feedback
  • Oversees Digital A&M tracking
  • Assist Digital Manager in the development of Digital Content (Campaigns, Brand Website Oversee creative development and distribution of regional content)
  • Manage digital content work flow process to ensure proper and timely placement of assets and content.
  • Partnership with Ou's s to establish seasonal priorities, developing integrated marketing digital plans to amplify and distribute content
  • Support the creation and tracking of Social Listening Models and other relevant research (Search)
  • Share with Local Teams, monthly newsletter with digital rends, best practices, etc.
  • Support Digital Manager in the development and implementation of a formal training agenda to elevate digital knowledge among local marketing leaders.

Experience and profile
  • 2+ years of experience in Brand Management or Digital
  • Basic knowledge of Digital Marketing terms
  • Previous experience overseeing digital marketing & media campaigns
  • Desired Nutrition experience and expertise, and a genuine interest in the health and wellness space.
  • Project management, planning, leadership and communication skills
  • Great attention to detail, with ability to dig deep into details while keeping focus on the primary business question at hand
  • Ability to manage external partners (agencies and platforms) to create holistic expression of the brand and meaningful programs for the brand

Qualifications/Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Brand Management or Digital
  • Basic knowledge of Digital Marketing terms
  • BA required with proven digital training.
  • Previous experience overseeing digital marketing & media campaigns
  • Have a great knowledge of the market particularly the digital landscape with a solid understanding of consumer behaviors
  • Understanding of brand strategy development, brand positioning innovation development and consumer insights.
  • Desired Nutrition experience and expertise, and a genuine interest in the health and wellness space.
  • Capable of communicate initiatives throughout the Sector
  • Project management, planning, leadership and communication skills
  • Great attention to detail, with ability to dig deep into details while keeping focus on the primary business question at hand
  • Ability to manage external partners (Agencies and platforms.) to create holistic expression of the brand and meaningful programs for the brand
