Culture Leader

Main Purpose
Supports culture and engagement agenda aligned with the Global PepsiCo Way strategy and LatAm business needs, ensuring strategy deployment and tactical oversight for all components of sector Culture and Engagement programs, including communication, trainings and plan execution.

Main responsibilities

  • Leads key Culture and Engagement initiatives, determining feasibility of interventions and balancing global and local priorities.
  • Trusted advisor to the business regarding Culture and Engagement initiatives. Supports sector/local planning and implementation.
  • Designs and develops Culture and Engagement programs, systems and processes to ensure local adoption and relevance.
  • Increases operating efficiency and effectiveness of CoE C&E initiatives to ensure maximum ROI and effectiveness
  • Partners with SDTs to ensure Culture programs, processes and tools are efficient, effective and if required modified to meet local needs (should be minimized).
  • Create a community of practice among all C&E SDT members fostering a desire for functional excellence and ensuring organizational learnings are accessible across SDT members.
  • Manages relationships with external consultants and vendors on project specific work.
  • Supports tracking, analytics and Talent Metrics related to Culture, to monitor ROI, impact of initiatives, and specific targets (global, sector, local).

Experience and profile
  • +5 years of experience in HR Function
  • 100% bilingual (English & Spanish required, Portuguese is a plus)
  • OD/Culture Expertise
  • Ability to leverage HR data to create effective strategies (metrics, analytics)
  • Effective networking skills in a multi-country, multi BU, multi function region.
  • Experience presenting to senior executives
  • Demonstrated ability to translate research into insights that can drive business growth

Qualifications/Requirements

  • +5 years of experience in HR Function
