Job Description

Purpose of the role:

HR Ops Coordinator with Turkish, will be responsible for employee services processes and transactions to be completed for the respective process based on the agreed service catalog and SLAs under direct supervision of the manager.

Main accountabilities:

  • Being responsible from all enrolments or completions, learning system submissions
  • Coordinating globally mandatory trainings and close follow up for completion.
  • Managing the logistics behind trainings sessions, both virtual and face to face.
  • Supporting preparation of company events targeted at employees’ experience.
  • Tracking reward & recognitions and report on quarterly basis.
  • Being responsible from onboarding system.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • 2 years of relevant professional experience within a fast paced recruitment Industry. Previous agency or search firm experience is also relevant and will be considered.
  • Strong administration skills & execution ability.
  • Ability to multi-tasking and consistently working against the right priorities.
  • Fluent Turkish.
