Purpose of the role:
HR Operations Senior Coordinator will be responsible for employee services processes and transactions to be completed for the respective process based on the agreed service catalog and SLAs under direct supervision of the manager.
- Being responsible for employee queries from HR Solution Center.
- Monitoring tickets from HR solution center.
- Tracking employee health reports as well as legal debts.
- Tracking & approving employees vacations and overtime.
- Tracking termination form submissions on time in line with key control requirements.
- 3 years of relevant HR operational experience.
- Ability to multi-tasking and consistently working against the right priorities.
- Strong administration skills & execution skills.
- Fluent Turkish.
