Roles:
- Lead the new customer bidding & new business development in Away from Home subchannels like Airport operators, Airlines, Trains, Vending machines through close work with cross function team
- Build & execute wiring template with the RCD & anchor Top to Top meetings for key customers
- Signing up annual contract agreements for new accounts and commercializing business with the RCD to deliver annual volume/value objective within the budgeted cost
- Establish & Optimize customer engagement model and order to cash process for the best account service

Accountabilities:
- Lead the new customer bidding & new business development in Away from Home subchannels like Airport operators, Airlines, Trains, Vending machines through close work with cross function team
- Signing up annual contract agreements for new accounts and commercializing business with the RCD to deliver annual volume/value objective within the budgeted cost
- Establish & Optimize customer engagement model and order to cash process for the best account service, Coordinate with other functions such as MKT, insight, finance, field sales and Supply chain, to ensure aligned KPI delivery
- Build & execute wiring template with the RCD & anchor Top to Top meetings for key customers
- Provide strategic input on product line profitability, pricing, communication and promotion strategy and new product roadmap.
- Lead the correct execution of business priorities, working closely RCD and the customers to incorporate them into joint business plans and develop programs focused on increasing total PI foods portfolio brands performance and delivering value to the shopper
- Build functional expertise and share FS knowledge with related parties, Field sales, KA, RCD, Ops, category team, R&D etc.

Work Relationships:
Internal
- Reports to Channel AD directly
- Work closely with GTM, KAM, Field Sales, Finance/CSSC, Insight team, PO1, R&D and Supply Chain team
External
- Buyer/Merchandiser from Key Account
- Supply chain team from key Account

Qualifications/Requirements

Requirements:
- Literacy in both spoken & written Chinese is a must;
- Bachelor’s degree and above; 3 years working experience in OP or related channel, prefer in FMCG companies;
- Strong passion to win and strong initiative & following up spirit;
- Strong communication skill and team work spirit.
- Good Knowledge of relevant processes set up and optimization, Experience in distributor management is a plus
- Good knowledge of Consumer Insights/Market research
