This role will support the creation, set-up and ongoing management of the digital asset management operation for Europe and manage toolkit deployment across CEGB (Central Europe and Greater Balkans)

Digital Asset Management – Support the new Asset Management capability within the new ESSA (Europe & Sub Saharian Africa) Marketing GBS Services Hub.
The role will support the set-up, ongoing management and optimization of the Digital Asset Management operation – providing this Marketing service to Business Units across Europe.

Toolkit Deployment – Manage the deployment and adaption of campaign toolkits from central category marketing teams across the multiple markets and categories within CEGB including traffic management of assets, adaptations and sign offs.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Chosen Social Media accounts management in-line with brand strategy and per request of the local Digital Manager
  • Maintain a close relationship with the digital agencies from both category and CEGB Business Units, ensuring correct and on time implementation, communicating timing risk and ensuring fit for use materials
  • Ensures close collaboration & communication with Digital & Brand teams and Agencies
  • Prepares weekly/ monthly/ quarterly reports to direct manager
  • Actively participates in briefing and debriefing of new initiatives from category
  • Sustains and supports the local and regional digital agenda
  • Regularly collects data for total CEGB & information for reporting, and directly provides the brand teams with reports (i.e. social listening reports)
  • Assess the social media and competitive environment and identify best practices that will be shared with categories & Business Units

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Minimum 1-2 years experience in marketing technology, ideally with experience in Digital Asset Management systems
  • Strong Project management – ability to manage multiple projects in a fast moving and ever changing environment with maturity and foresight to cope with input and changes, sometimes at the last minute. Managing projects with concrete timelines and multiple stakeholders & countries
  • Digital savviness – solid understanding of digital toolbox, including all assets and formats and ability to provide quality feedback on content and toolbox deliverables to categories
  • Collaborative and honest – work with integrity as a valuable member of the virtual CEGB digital team, sharing best practices across CEGB
  • Disciplined – work with very clear timelines, planning, tracking and following through with categories and BUs to deliver on agreed plan and timings
  • Digital savviness – solid understanding of digital toolbox, including all assets and formats and ability to provide quality feedback on content and toolbox deliverables to categories
