Job Description

  •  Work closely with GTM & Field team to manage LKA business through RCD collaboration;
  •  Grow volume, revenue & share in assigned LKA aligned with channel strategy, and leverage from NKA practice;
  •  Negotiate Customer Development Agreement trading terms, develop & implement Action Plan for top channel accounts, facilitate Field team for in-store execution;
  •  Work with GTM, BUTM & Field team for KA planning & sales development objectives;
  •  Implement joint customer call and coaching Field team/RCD on regular basis

Qualifications/Requirements

  • College degree or above; CET 6 or above
  • Great at Word, Excel, Power Point
  • At least 6 years’ experience in FMCG sales, with at least 2 years of key account management or trade marketing in FMCG
  • Familiar with MT key players in the market
  • Strong selling and negotiation skill
  • Good communication skills
  • Resilient and can work under pressure
  • Distributor management experience is a plus
  • Position location could be in Guangzhou or Shenzhen
