Job Description

  • Support Lipton activation agenda deployment across all touch points.
  • Ensure job holder is given growth opportunities to further develop on current role and prepare for a bigger one by giving ownership over smaller projects.
  • Full support for the SBM Lipton in delivering business & marketing objectives.
  • Responsible for executions/development and follow-up of assigned projects under close supervision of the direct manager;
  • Responsible for A&M budget reporting and monitoring of the assigned brand;
  • Involved in daily communication with media, creative and research agencies for the asigned projects
  • Actively involved in implementation of all BTL projects
  • Managing projects related to brand packaging, other visibility tools, together with Trade Marketing dept aligning with key stakeholder;
  • Actively involved in brand analysis and regular reporting on business performance & brand kpis;
Decision making authority:
  • fully empowered for digital communication on social media platforms for Lipton

Qualifications/Requirements

  • University degree;
  • Minimum 1 year experience in a brand management role in FMCG;
  • Good project management & analytical skills coraborated with attention to details;
  • Passion & “can do” atitude;
  • Fluency in English, Romanian
