Accountabilities
Finance Business Partner role within the Netherlands Make facilities of Zaandam includes:
Being Single window’ for operations on site
Ensuring accurate and timely performance reporting to the BU and sector as appropriate:
o Monthly Closing Reports, including monthly OMT pack (Management Pack) preparation
o QCDM Daily / Weekly overviews
o MAKE template ownership
o Full FMOH reporting including other than Maintenance & EHSS/ Quality FMOH preparation – strong link with MEQ NL Make Business Partner
Site GCS controls (I2C & P2P) finance ownership
Develop operations capabilities towards “zero-loss” mindset - strong link with Performance Excellence and Lean Capabilities NL Make business partner
Involvement in Site Capex Plans - info flow to/from MEQ NL Make Business partner
Developing and maintaining loss reduction approach through systematic & continuous loss elimination opportunities/ annual productivity targets tracking - strong link with Performance Excellence and Lean Capabilities NL Make business partner
Finance Partner for ZND Manufacturing Manager
Deliver ESSA and Benelux growth targets by owning ZAA Make Finance aganda through delivering monthly finance management packs with gap identification vs. target and opportunities to close the gap
Being trustworthy business partner for operations/productivity/lean groups on the site
Involved in finance support of ZND ‘productivity office”
Develop operations capabilities towards “zero-loss” mindset through trainings/problem solving coaching
Act and demonstrate role model behaviour as a lean finance business partner through establishing and constant re-visiting QCDM KPIs (with COST in focus)
Lead Cost Simulations for NPD, or product changes

Qualifications/Requirements

Key Skills/Experience Required
Experience in Finance / Professional Accountancy qualification ( ACCA/CIMA)
PC Literate, SAP, MS Office applications Excel (very strong), Word, PowerPoint
Problem Solving skills, Understanding and Experience of Lean
Leadership, Operations knowledge, Priority Setting, Drive for Results, Can do Approach, High Integrity
Experience of data analysis and translating large amounts of data into useable information for quick and targeted business decisions
Demonstrated ability to drive for results and continue to identify opportunities for growth in a rapidly advancing culture. To be able to achieve this personally and through their team
