Job Description

This position resides within the Global Procurement (GP) Control team, working with and supporting GP Control, GP Finance and GP category teams (COEs). Main responsibilities will be over GP Passback periodic and quarterly reporting, critical KPI and ad hoc analysis, working with and supporting all GP control categories.

Accountabilities will include:

  • Loading periodic passback results into Essbase and preparing periodic Passback Forecast vs. Actual variance files
  • Preparing and distributing period close passback communications
  • Tracking and communicating performance against critical KPIs such as:
    • Period close scorecard
    • Supplier volume reporting
    • Missing pricing
    • Unmapped volume
    • Rebate receivables aging
  • Performing and analyzing passback trends to ensure accuracy, such as:
    • Passback trend analysis
    • Volume trend analysis
  • Supplier Risk Management support; act as a central point of contact for NASS
  • Volume reconciliations with PBC and IBs
  • Fall In/Out tracking
  • Point person for KPMG, PLCI and GP client analytical questions
  • Supporting the control team in building Business Objects queries to streamline processes and improve analytical rigour


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Minimum of 3-4 years of related experience in Accounting or Finance
  • Experience with Excel, Essbase, Business Objects, SAP
  • Highly organized, with strong planning and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently in a matrix organization; able to handle competing priorities
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills
