Job Description

As a Senior Coordinator you will own the process of talent acquisition coordination for Greece internal and external recruitment and co-ordination of Greece talent management. You will deliver best in class candidate & hiring manager experience.

Main accountabilities:

TA:

  • Provide staffing support with achieving key metrics (CV reviewing of all internal, external and referred candidates; pre-screening; recommending candidates to hiring managers; interview scheduling; organizaing interview debriefing sessions; completing reference checks; providing feedbacks to all candidates; initiating offer process; organizing hiring documents)
  • Manage vacancies in ATS – Kenexa (opening, posting and closing roles, managing all requisitions)
  • Conduct sourcing in order to reach passive candidates if needed (LinkedIn, Talent Network)
  • Keep all stakeholders up to day and daily collaborate with Hiring Managers, Recruiters and Candidates
  • Ensure all processes are administered accurately and in timely manner
  • Provide ad-hoc support regarding employer branding or other recruitment-related tasks

OMD:
  • Coordinate publication of a quarterly internal magazine, internal on-line news; occasionally write/edit selected articles and communication materials for employees
  • Translate organizational & business announcements from English to Greek
  • Support PepsiCo core people processes, by tracking the participation, communicating with employees and managers, sending communication
  • Manage the logistics behind trainings sessions, both virtual and face to face
  • Support preparation of company events targeted at employees’ experience, including CSR activities
  • Manage contact with external vendors for locally designed communication or/and culture activations

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Around 2 years of relevant professional experience preferably within a fast paced and dynamic environment
  • Previous agency or search firm experience would also be relevant
  • Very good written and spoken English and Greek
  • Strong administration & IT skills
  • Ability to multi-task and work against the right priorities
  • Great interpersonal and collaboration skills
  • Can-do attitude, strong motivation and willingness for taking on challenges
