Job Description


  • Lead and monitor all financial reporting activities which enable successful delivery of net concentrate and royalty income from Franchise Operations as per Annual Operating Plan (AOP)
  • Engage with key internal stakeholders in FLT to ensure the FOBO vertical is the single commercial interface with bottlers
  • Lead the institutionalization of Governance and Pricing processes for Concentrate Business
  • Manage development of bi – annual shadow financials and cash flows for Key Bottlers
  • Partner with Region Controller to drive adherence to GCS processes and improve KC testing in FOBO business and roll out of GCS to Bottlers
  • Drive trainings and awareness for Bottler teams and lead SSA / BDA initiatives


  • Business Partnering and Support - Operations/Backend Support :
    • Lead initiatives to strengthen systems of tracking for Gross Income and supports agreed to ensure smooth monthly review and correctives of resources
    • Ensure removal of de-railers on account of financial capability of bottlers to ensure delivery during season – including and working on cash-flows and specific anti-competitive actions
    • Drive transparent governance processes and ensure an aligned schedule of authority on bottler support and share with internal stakeholders
    • Review calendar and ensure timely execution of concentrate price for three countries
    • Supervise Concentrate Sales Tracker
  • Management Reporting - Monthly Financial Reviews
    • Close ‘Manage by Metrics’ tracker and flash the financial KPIs agreed
    • Share quarterly progress on submissions and review overall financials with Region CFO and FOBO COO
  • Management Reporting - Operating Reviews
    • Ensure review of Bottler Accounting, Reporting & Loan/Interest Tracking
    • Lead bi - annual submission of financials via engagement with Bottlers and internal stakeholders
  • Audit and Compliance – Audits
    • Ensure review of Bottler Volume Recons with Excise records are completed by month end for the prior month and adjustments done within 60 days
  • Special Projects- SSA
    • Work with the Senior stakeholders to ensure Business Development Agreement (based on SSA frameworks) with Key Bottlers in order to arrive at operating commitments
  • Oversight of Bangladesh Snacks operations
  • Special Projects – Process
    • Engage with key internal stakeholders in Financial Leadership Team (FLT) to ensure streamlining of FOBO commercial team structure, process simplification and handshakes with internal stakeholders
  • Special Projects – Others
    • Work with PMO on Financials creation, validation & resultant next steps for Special project



Experience and Qualification
  • Should be a qualified CA with 12+ years of progressively responsible experience for a major division of a large corporation. Should have experience in partnering with an executive team, and have strong communication skills.

  • Financial Process Management - This role should be capable of managing internal processes to optimize revenue, cost, cash flow and customer service
  • Financial Planning & Forecasting – The role holder should be able to contribute the developing of the annual operating plan, operating forecast and capital appropriation requests; provide business analysis to management
