Job Description

The website coordinator is in charge of publishing content, maintaining continuity of themes, designing the layout, streamlining navigation and increasing online presence to potential customers. They will manage all web projects and work with internal stakeholders to maintain the corporate website. In addition to external website updates, they will help support internal communications team members to update forums and internal e-mail communications.


  • Plan, implement, manage, monitor and upgrade the organization's website by working together with internal PepsiCo stakeholders
  • Collaborate with all staff and management to ensure that the website aligns with brand strategy and meets the organization’s standards. This includes daily, weekly, and monthly updates to individual pages, stories, and press releases
  • Respond to and troubleshoot all website issues by working closely with the IT team
  • Conduct content audits to eliminate redundant and/or duplicate information
  • Create appropriate website content aligned to the organization’s strategy
  • Collaborate with all staff and management to ensure that the website aligns with brand strategy and meets the organization’s standards
  • Ensure full compliance on the website with all laws and regulations
  • Manage PepsiCo asset/media library
  • Create monthly web traffic reports and monitor Google Analytics
  • Partner with internal communications teams on internal forum updates
  • Partner with internal communications teams to manage SPA box, and internal communications e-mail blasts
  • Validation testing of enhancements and defects on PepsiCo’s internal news site & mobile app
  • Update content on the intranet


  • Previous proven experience managing sites and working across teams
  • Strong technical acumen and web production skills
  • Extensive experience working with CMS systems, specifically Sitefinity
  • Strong project management skills
  • Hands-on experience with CMS custom templates, themes, plug-ins, etc. and basic HTML and Google Digital Products
  • Strong understanding of CMS capabilities and technical functionality
  • Willingness to work collaboratively
  • Understanding of SEO
  • Understanding of Google Analytics + the ability to report on website traffic
  • Keep up-to-date with industry best practice and monitor competitor websites
  • This position is limited to persons with indefinite right to work in the United States
