Job Description

Performance HR reporting and analytics for all work locations across Latam and be responsible to leverage all HR systems and tools to getthe required data.


  • Management of databases (capture, analysis, order and debugging)
  • Manage Relational databases, crossovers, dynamic tables, handling of search formulas and statistics
  • Execute regular and ad-hoc reporting requirements
  • Design of Dashboard
  • Deliver services at the defined at the SLAs/KPIs and drive operational efficiency and contiuous improvement
Determines and applies methods of multivariate statistical analysis (e.g., ANOVA, multiple regression, structural equation modeling, trend analyses) to understand business issues leading to action planning


• Bachelor's degree in computer science, statistics, mathematics or related field of study
• Fluent in English and intermediate Portuguese (Written & Verbal skills).
• Background in computer science preferred
• 2+ years of performance measurement and/or reporting experience preferred
• Data interpetration
• Advanced knowledge in Excel, Power Point, Word
Experience in computer database management preferred
• Analytical Skills
• Knowledge of statistical programms such R, SPS, MatLab. Tableau
• Statistical analysis
• Coding skills and knowledge
