Job Description

The FP&A Sr. Analyst will be responsible for supporting the financial planning, forecasting and analysis for the Corporate HR function, supporting the overall management of $70MM annual expense budget, as well as HR Shared Services organization ($85MM annual expense budget). This role will also be responsible for providing support for the period end results, preparation of forecasts, Annual Operating Plan(AOP) and productivity initiatives.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Support the AOP development for Corporate HR and Global HR Operations
  • Identify and resolve opportunities to simplify and improve the accuracy of the HR forecasts
  • Partner with HR budget owners to identify opportunities in actuals vs forecast and look for ways to mitigate risk and close the gaps
  • Develop presentation materials for the quarterly budget review with CHRO and HR SVPs
  • Track and report progress updates on key global HR productivity initiatives
  • Partner with Corporate Control to ensure accuracy and completeness of the periodic entries
  • Perform ad hoc analysis on business performance and reporting requirements for the team
  • Develop allocation methodologies for Global HR Operations and monitor horizontal billings vs actuals


  • BA or BS with 3-5 years of relevant experience
  • MBA and/or CPA a plus
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate analytical findings into actionable solutions and processes
  • Self-starter and innovative problem solver
  • Ability to collaborate effectively and influence others to deliver functional priorities
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with all levels of management and clearly communicate business results
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and SAP; capable of quickly learning various in-house software applications
  • Solid understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles and Financial Controls
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills; must be able to prioritize, multitask and manage project deadlines
