Roles:
- Drive base cereal growth initiatives in Mainland China as key contributor to the growth/profit of Quaker according to the overall brand strategic plan. Focus more on strategic innovation pipeline

Accountabilities:
1.Be business owner for base hot platform:
- Develop insight-based innovation for base hot platform
- Formulate insight based communication to drive brand equity
- Manage portfolio price strategy
- Drive field implementation by working with CU/EC sales and trade marketing teams collaboratively
- Accountable for key project management and evaluation
2.Be responsible for master brand campaigns to drive consumer interest
3.Develop and execute hot platform innovation agenda for 2021-2022
- Develop marketing portfolio strategy, fit with brand architecture and drive brand value and short term brand excitement and volume
4. Lead Quaker CSR initiative in cooperation with Cooperate Communication.to drive brand love

Measurements:
- Quaker cereal share
- Delivery of SBP/AOP targets
- % of Innovation to Net Revenue
- % launched on time (driving for acceleration)
- Drive profitability improvement according to PSP target for base business

Qualifications/Requirements

Requirements:
- Literacy in both spoken & written Chinese is a must
- Excellent Knowledge of Innovation and Brand Marketing processes and systems
- Strong strategic thinking in synthetic way
- Strong communication and creative engagement
- Good knowledge of Consumer Insights / Market research
- High degree of Planning and Execution Skills
- Strong Communication, analytical and influencing skills
- self-starter and presentation skills
- Good ability to effectively manage ambiguity
