Job Description

As Talent Management & L&D Manager you will coordinate and execute strategy for the Talent Management and Organizational Development (TMOD) team. The main purpose of this role is to advance and develop talent, strengthen the PepsiCo culture and build specific critical capabilities.

This role supports a variety of talent capability programs on a corporate and global scale as well as supporting and leading elements of Core Processes for GBS. This position is accountable for implementing and measuring talent management, organizational development and learning & development programs and process across the Global Business Services.
Accountability:

  • Coordinate and execute the Talent strategy for GBS incl support in assessment of the markets we operate in, and identifying challenges and opportunities
  • Coordinate and execute the Culture & Engagement strategy for GBS incl an assessment of the cultural enablers, identifying challenges and opportunities and support the activation plan for the PepsiCo Way
  • Execute the Capability strategy for GBS incl an assessment of the critical capabilities needed to achieve the GBS vision, clarify scope of prioritized capabilities and ensure appropriate ownership for activation plans
  • Support execution of PepsiCo’s Core People Processes (mainly delivered by the Corporate Talent Mgt team)
  • Partners with Director TMOD, GBS, HRBPs and GBS leaders to understand business needs and provides value-add actionable solutions, tools and resources to HRBPs and business clients in various Org Management, People Development, Assessment, Org Design, Talent Planning and Performance areas
  • Partner with KBS HR Lead and KBS Function Leads to develop and execute learning and development plans in the alignment with GBS TMOD strategy, incl. needs analysis, budget management, PepsiCo learning programs implementation and delivery

Qualifications/Requirements

  • 5-7 years of previous experience in Talent Management, HR
  • Very good written and spoken English
  • Strong knowledge of Talent Management and Change Management, organizational complexity and ambiguity
  • Proven project management skills and experience with ability to manage multiple projects at once
  • Experience in organization design, business transformation and capability-driven organizations preferred
  • Strong data and talent analytic skills/mindset
  • Strong consultative and diagnostic skills
  • Ability to think strategically and develop tactical action plans to achieve business and people goals
