Job Description

The purpose of the role is to :

  • Manage assigned brands / projects / budgets and deliver volume, profit and market share objectives for the assigned brands
  • Serves as a key contact for CZ&SK Distribution partner (Mattoni 1873) for assigned brands


  • Development, coordination and cross functional implementation of annual brand plans:
  • new products development
  • brand communication
  • trade promotion
  • Preparation of budgets and managing of financials related to marketing campaigns
  • Marketing activities execution, tracking and reporting
  • Competitive category analysis
  • Build strong communication programs for brands
  • Coordination of the daily work and liasing with media, creative and research agencies for the respective projects
  • Coaches assigned direct report – Brand specialist
  • Develop Annual Plans and consumer activation programs
  • Ensure flawless translation of consumer programs to trade execution which is secured by distributor
  • Monitor, analyze and evaluate brand performance and consumer feedback
  • Collect, compile, verify, and analyze market data
  • Develop, implement and control advertising and marketing budget
  • Supporting & coordinating Trade Marketing agenda across CHS region


  • University degree (Economics, Business Degree)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Brand management (FMCG would be considered as advantage)
  • Strong media understanding (developed digital capability would be considered as advantage)
  • Trade Marketing experience / knowledge preferred
  • Strong understanding of CZ&SK consumer
  • Analytical, result oriented and able to manage different projects at the same time
  • Excellent organizational, presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Energetic and passionate attitude, able to inspire others
  • Fluent English, written & spoken
  • PC skills
  • Driving license
