Job Description

The purpose of the role is to engage consumers, build a powerful love brand and generate strong business results through:

  • Supporting Brand Manager with assigned brands / projects / in order to deliver volume, profit and market share objectives for the assigned brands

  • Supporting Brand Manager on development, coordination and cross functional implementation of annual brand plans & leads assigned projects under the supervision of BM
  • Participates in selected processes:
  • new products development
  • brand communication
  • trade promotion
  • Marketing activities execution, tracking and reporting
  • Supports BM with budget monitoring & overtakes the responsibility for Purchase Orders management
  • Competitive category analysis
  • Supports BM on building strong communication programs for brands
  • Coordination of the daily work and liasing with media, creative and research agencies for the respective projects
  • Supports BM on development of Annual Plans and consumer activation programs
  • Monitor, analyze and evaluate brand performance and consumer feedback
  • Collect, compile, verify, and analyze market data


  • University degree (Economics, Business Degree)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Brand management (FMCG would be considered as advantage)
  • Analytical, result oriented and able to manage different projects at the same time
  • Excellent organizational, presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Energetic and passionate attitude, able to inspire others
  • Fluent English, written & spoken
  • PC skills
  • Driving license
