Job Description

Main responsibilities–

  • Open requisition
  • Create job posting internally and externally based on the job description
  • Conduct passive candidate outreach / research (e.g. LinkedIn, Talent Network, Recruitment Edge)
  • Review candidate resumes in the system
  • Identification of best candidate profiles
  • First interview call
  • Schedule interviews
  • Schedule in-person interview for finals candidates and coordinate with hiring manager
  • Manage requisitions (disposition unsuitable candidates, upload interview notes, disposition candidates as they progress)
  • Check consent form and confirm background check requirements (make sure candidate selected is eligible)
  • Produce the offer letter (based on appropriate template)
  • Deliver the offer to the candidate
  • Manage Offers
  • Validate a checklist with basic information to hire the person
  • Send the information on the finalist
  • Re hire process – screening process (Clear the ex employees. Understand the reason why they left the company)
  • Deliver services at the defined at the SLAs/KPIs and drive operational efficiency and continuos improvement


Experience and profile

  • Bachelor Degree (Business, Psychology, HR, or related)
  • Fluent in Portuguese and Spanish (Written & Verbal skills).English (desirable)
  • A minimum of 1 year of relevant professional experience. Previous intermediary experience with high-volume, full-lifecycle Talent Acquisition/Staffing experience for professional-level. Previous agency or search firm experience is also relevant and will be considered. Previous HR experience, or specifically HR generalist work where recruiting was a large percentage of the work, is also relevant and will be considered.
  • Proficient in full suite of Microsoft Suite of products: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • Prior work experience within another CPG or manufacturing organization and/or within another large, global, matrixed environment
  • Prior experience and proficiency in working with Kenexa or another Candidate Management System/Applicant Tracking System
  • Proven ability to influence internal clients/hiring teams on staffing-related decisions, providing a value adding point of view relative to candidate consideration
  • Displays professionalism and interest to learn in an effort to develop strong client partnerships
  • Personable, high energy individual that is passionate about recruitment and enjoys working in a fast paced, innovative, dynamic organization
  • Must be collaborative team player
  • Proficient oral and written communication skills
  • Must appreciate the need to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism at all times.
