Job Description

  • Ensure a consistent service delivery of Employee services to markets
  • Ensure to support Regions / BU by undertaking transactions on the Employee Central
  • Promotions:
    • Determine whether the pay components are undergoing a change and update them on the system
    • Coordinate with managers/HR to ensure employee data changes are made on the EC
    • Confirm completion of transaction
  • Administrator for Termination/ Severances / Transfers / On- Boarding
    • Coordinate with manager to initiate termination workflow on the system
    • Make necessary changes on the system in case of withdrawal of resignation/Terminations on the EC
    • Validate the changes made on the system
    • Support market by creating the GPID or employee profile on the EC @ the time of hiring
  • Manage ESS updates:
    • Review updates made by employees and determine the documents needed for validation or undertake the changes to employee records as per the request from markets
    • Coordinate with employee for gaining the required documents
    • Review the documents submitted and approve/ reject the changes
  • Position Management:
    • Review position change request from HRBP for completeness of information
    • Make the necessary changes on the system as indicated by HRBP
    • Confirm the changes made to the HRBP for validation
  • Manage Mass Uploads: (Termination, Transfer, New Hire, Focal Point, etc.)
    • Review the mass upload data request by HRBP for completeness
    • Consolidate data received from various regions for mass upload
    • Submit the request to perform mass upload on the system to reflect changes
Validate changes made and confirm completeness to HRBP

Qualifications/Requirements

MUST HAVE:
2-6 years of experience in SAP and success factor or employee central exposure
