Job Description

You are a creative, driven and agile communications professional who can help shape the employee experience at PepsiCo. As Senior Manager, HR and Facilities Communications, you’ll play a leading role in shaping and delivering enterprise-wide HR communications for teams such as talent acquisition, learning and HR operations, as well as owning communications for our Westchester facilities.

More about what you’ll do day-to-day:

  • Push the envelope of available tools and materials to advance HR communications across the enterprise, with a specific focus on talent acquisition, learning and HR operations.
  • Lead communications efforts to advance our employer value proposition, by showcasing career stories with both internal and external audiences.
  • Drive employee understanding of all available learning and development opportunities, driving engagement with the new PEP U Degreed platform.
  • Step-change communications around HR Operations to address existing gaps.
  • Provide communications leadership for enterprise-wide awards and recognition activations, including developing campaigns, event content and leader talking points.
  • Oversight of all Westchester facilities communications, including developing content and a content calendar.
  • Provide communications counsel and support to HR business partners.
  • Partner with the HR Communications Director on the rollout of diverse, global HR initiatives to help PepsiCo Raise the Bar on Talent and Diversity.
What does success look like?
  • You’ll help us to elevate the employee experience at PepsiCo and increase the positive perception of PepsiCo with external audiences.
  • Volume of internal and external media coverage generated will serve as metric of success. This measure includes published stories, digital and social media engagements, and events supported.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across global teams, including comfort with supporting and interacting with senior executives.
  • Executive presence – ability to argue persuasively and lead without formal power in the hierarchy.
  • Comfortable in adjusting work priorities based on the needs of the business.
  • 8+ years Corporate Communications experience.
  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Strong writing and interpersonal skills.


What we’re looking for:

  • Strong experience in rolling-out successful employee engagement and corporate reputation campaigns.
  • Strong content creation abilities, across written, video and digital. You will know how to build a story that engages an audience.
  • Experience in managing agency resources and budgets.
