Accountable for developing and updating Key Accounts commercial analytics, business intelligence and customer insights based on internal and external data that will feed WCCE Model and facilitate business decisions. Additionally he/she will support BU's in the development and progress control of Joint Business and Customer Satisfaction plans, Health Checks as well as the alignment between PE Global - LATAM – LAB and Bu's strategies to ensure flawless executions of TMK initiatives.
Develops customer analytic scorecards and leads the monthly performance reviews with BU's to provide a complete understanding of drivers to LAB, LATAM and Global Teams.
Assists JBP process (Discovery, Big Bets, Growth Summits) with strategic customers providing valuable data, insights and following in key activities.
Supports Customer Satisfaction cycle defining with BU's the critical initiatives, scorecard and tracking progress in critical stages.
Supports Customer E-Commerce initiatives with tracking process with Bottler, CCO, and BU.
Aligns and ensures a flawless execution of Global and Regional Trade Marketing initiatives.
Ensures that best practices, key drivers and post initiatives analysis are completed and communicated within the organization.
Provides support on development of AOP, PSP, Top 2 Tops and periodic progress reviews.
Supports the development of health checks process and leads the tracking progress.
Business or Engineering degree
English: intermediate to advanced.
5 year experience in CPG Company.
PC skills; Microsoft Office, Excel advanced
Sales, Marketing or Finance knowledge.
