|PepsiCo Foods Canada (PFC) has a contract position opening within Customer Value Chain for a Customer Value Chain Support Analyst|
This role reports directly to the Customer Value Chain Manager and is based out Peterborough, Ontario.
The Value Chain Support Analyst is responsible for supporting the Customer Value Chain Team through data management, gathering and analytics, developing, generating and publishing reports.
- Responsible for gathering and organizing data to generate reports.
- Ownership of systematically documenting, allocating and clearing customer financial claims.
- Analyzing and validating customer data and submitting requests for non-compliant claims
- Developing, creating and leveraging tool to publish Customer Value Chain reports and metrics.
- Developing system and process improvement and simplification initiatives.
