Job Description

Main responsibilities–

  • Review LMS configuration and ensure that courses have been uploaded
  • For virtual courses, ensure content has been uploaded to the system
  • Periodically check LMS to confirm enrolment is meeting desired targets
  • Receive and answer questions / resolve issues from participants
  • LMS troubleshooting response to final user
  • Work with GBS Learning leader to resolve technical issues with the system ( as needs)
  • Set up course in LMS
  • Manage and maintain course credit history tracking in LMS
  • Work with GBS Learning leader to resolve technical issues with the system ( as needs)

Qualifications/Requirements

Experience and profile

Education/Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree (Business, Education, Organizational Design, HR, etc)
  • Fluent in English and intermediate Portuguese (Written & Verbal skills),
  • Experience in Budget management
  • Facilitator and trainer
  • Ability to diagnose Root Causes of problems and identify ways of finding solutions to needs without always resorting to a training solution
