Job Description

North America Shared Services organization is seeking a Global Operations T&E Manager to report into the Senior Director of Payment Services. This is part of the financial Control team in the Global Financial Shared Services organization.
  • Partner with Senior Leadership and T&E teams to develop implementation and sustain strategies for Concur T&E expense globally
  • Lead efforts to maintain and ensure the integrity of the global Concur instance by leveraging guiding principles to deliver harmonized global T&E processes for the PepsiCo traveler, back office audit team and analytics
  • Partner with the sectors, individual countries and IT to successfully lead implementations of Concur through development and ownership of an integrated project plan, including risk assessments and issue/resolution management, to ensure critical deliverables are met
  • Develop and communicate Concur best practices across PepsiCo
  • Drive continuous improvement in PepsiCo T&E expense reporting processes and analytics
  • Partner with PepsiCo T&E Global Process Owner to ensure T&E policy (including smart spend requirements) compliance is enabled by Concur tool and T&E processes
  • Act as the key liaison with Concur and our implementation consulting partners, ensuring consistency in implementations globally
  • Manage the prioritization of the enhancement request pipeline to ensure integrity in the global model, policy compliance and business case justification
  • Manage adhoc requests to drive process improvements through active benchmarking and sharing of best practices


  • Four-year degree in Accounting, Business or Finance
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Proven ability to successfully work in a matrix organization with members from multiple functions (accounting, shared services, IT,HR) and sectors
  • Strong leadership and drive for results
  • Knowledge of driving and sharing best practices
  • Project experience – specifically with medium to large projects
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Strong problem solving analytical skills
  • Experience in managing business priorities on time and on budget
  • Knowledge of T&E Policy and practices (preferred)
  • Knowledge of Concur T&E system functionality and analytics (preferred)
