Job Description

  • Grow volume, revenue & share in assigned accounts aligned with channel strategy
  • Negotiate CDA trading terms, develop & implement CAP
  • Work with TM & MU (RU) for KA planning (Vol/D&A) & account level sales development objectives.
  • Define GMS for assigned accounts & work with field sales to execute the same.
  • Drive KA national/Regional coverage agenda
  • Build up strong customer relationship & wiring to leverage FL business philosophy

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Bachelor degree, MBA preferred
  • Over 10 years experience in FMCG
  • Over 3 years track record in both KA Management and Field Execution
  • At least 3 years experience in management level(Senior Key account manager)
  • Good communication and coordination skill
  • Strong selling skill and capability of analysis
  • Professionalism, dependability and desire for challenge
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Solid pragmatic thinking and problem solving skills
  • Multiple channel sales experience preferred
  • Fluency in written and spoken Mandarin and English is mandatory
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Strong analytical skill
  • Excellent presentation and facilitation skills
