Job Description

  • Manage FSMA paperwork and records
  • Responsible for general office duties
  • Order supplies for department
  • Manage department invoicing
  • Interact with external vendors
  • Manage and run reports in work order system
  • Manage sanitation paperwork
  • Assist with department awards and recognition
  • Aid in attendance tracking management
  • Input data into spreadsheets
  • Update and create charts and reports
  • Prepare & manage daily correspondence, presentations, mail, emails & fax distribution for department
  • Arrange and co-ordinate conferences and meetings
  • Support FLL’s as needed
  • Other duties as assigned


  • High School diploma
  • 2+ years’ experience in administrative role preferred
  • Ability/Flexibility to work non-standard hours, as needed
  • Approachable & willing to help others
  • Technical competence and analytical ability
  • Must be able to lead and complete projects as assigned
  • Must be able to assume responsibilities outside the core responsibilities of the position
  • Must be able to make sound decisions with a high level of confidence
  • Self-starter, with good organizational skills, and detail-oriented
  • Team-oriented, with good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient in PC skills: Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Access, PowerPoint, etc.
