Job Description

  • Focus on generating powerful behavioural insights and execution analytics to support the development of our Growth Initiatives and Perfect Store blueprints.
  • Accelerates capability & impact of our analytics & insights function by embracing new technologies and (efficient/effective) research methodologies and by working closely together with Europe CoE, supporting by external agencies when fitting
  • Key driver of our digital transformation journey
  • Propel growth through superior and differentiated advanced Analytics Insights & Foresight:
    • Objective performance diagnosis, focussed on maximising growth opportunities
    • Unlock & Apply advanced Analytics to drive future growth & maximizing ROI, including scorecarding to measure our execution quality
    • Growth drivers identification & modelling to support development of perfect store journeys & category strategies
  • Leads the understanding of shopper attitudes / behaviours and in-store conditions to identify growth opportunities for PepsiCo Benelux business, on detailed category, channel & customer level
  • Develops & executes Benelux local data strategy, in close cooperation with Europes advanced analytics & insights team
  • Governs the commercial data landscape for the Benelux
  • Brings voice of the shopper to business opportunities identification, provides business recommendations based on shopper and retail insights to enable decision making process and flawless execution of brand and sales AOP & SBP priorities
  • Leads the commercial analytics & shopper insights team and function for the Benelux


  • University degree. Master Degree in Business/Marketing/ Market Research/Sociology is preferable
  • 10+ years Insights experience in a leading FMCG company (retailer or agency experience is a bonus).
  • Knowledge and practical experience with a wide scope of research methodologies and techniques (qualitative & quantitative)
  • Understanding of advanced analytical tools, trends, development and knowledge of statistics
  • Experience in Household Panel & Nielsen data is a plus
  • Digital savvy, able to translate digital, data acceleration to (commercial) business leaders
  • Experience managing research Budget
  • Fluent English
  • MS Office – advanced user (PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Proactive strategic thinker, with business acumen
  • Analytical skills, ability to connect the dots
